On 08.12.2025, as the notice issued on the petitioner was returned as ‘no such addressee’, the Registry was directed to print the name of the petitioner in the cause list and accordingly, on 15.12.2025, the matter was listed with the petitioner’s name, but, as there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, the matter was directed to be posted to 22.12.2025, under the caption ‘for dismissal’. Though the matter is listed under the caption ‘for dismissal’, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner is not evincing any interest in the present case. In view of the same, this writ petition is dismissed for default. No costs.
