Heard Sri Taddi Sowmya Naidu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. K. Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State/respondent. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that they filed a petition for the return of the vehicle seized in Crime No. 310 of 2024 before the concerned Magistrate Court, but the said petition was returned on the ground that the correct provision of law was not mentioned and that the offences are triable by the Sessions Court. 4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 5. Considering the submissions made, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to represent the said objections before the concerned Magistrate Court, and the office is directed to place the matter before the Bench.
