The Award amount, if any, still deposited with the Registry of this Court or with the MACT below, is directed to be released in favour of respondent No.2. 3. The compensation amount as per the impugned Award, if still outstanding from the present appellant shall be recoverable from him in connection whereof respondent No.2/Award holder shall be at liberty to initiate execution petition, if any needed. 4.
