This Court, vide order dated 13.11.2024 passed in MCRC No. 7521 of 2024, while allowing the bail to the applicant, namely, Subrato Biswas had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with ABHISHEK SHRIVAS Digitally signed by ABHISHEK SHRIVAS Date: 2025.10.15 18:33:39 +0530 2 law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of passing of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned Special Judge (N.D.P.S. Act), Saraipali, District - Mahasamund (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 16.05.2025, requested for and was granted a further period of four months time to conclude the trial. 4. The learned Special Judge (N.D.P.S. Act), Saraipali, District - Mahasamund (C.G.), vide its request letter dated 23.09.2025 again requests for grant of some more time for concluding the trial stating that statement of 16 prosecution witnesses are yet to be recorded. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a period of four months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7.
