At the very outset, learned Standing Counsel, on the basis of instructions received, stated that an F.I.R. has been lodged in the instant case, which was registered as Case Crime No. 62 of 2025, under Section 87 BNS, Police Station-Manikpur, District- Chitrakoot, therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
