Petitioner has filed this writ petition, seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the relevant records from respondent authorities regarding the petitioner’s attachment and representations. 10.2 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue writ/order/direction to set aside the impugned attachment order dated 15.09.2023(Annexure P-1) 10.3 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct respondent authorities to decide the pending representations sympathetically and reinstate the petitioner to his original posting at Jagdalpur. 10.4 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and appropriate. 10.5 Cost of the petition may also be given.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner was appointed on the post of Data Entry Operator at Shaheed Gundadhur Krishi Mahavidhyalaya Avam Anusandhan Kendra, Jagdalpur and was attached to Krishi Mahavidhyalaya Avam Anusandhan Kendra, Pakhanjur, District- Kanker till further orders vide order dated 15.09.2023. He further submits that petitioner being an obedient government servant has complied with order dated 15.09.2023 with the hope that it is a temporary arrangement, however, even after lapse of more than 02 years order has not been revoked and he has not been posted to his original place of posting. Therefore, petitioner has submitted different representations before Vice Chancellor of Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidhyalaya, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, however till date no decision has been taken. He lastly submits that petitioner is still working pursuant 3 to order Annexure P-01 at his attachment place of posting and therefore, direction be issued to concerned authority to take decision on pending representation at the earliest in accordance with law. 3. Mr. Prajapati, counsel for respondent no. 2 to 4 submits that as petitioner is not pressing this writ petition on merits and is only seeking direction to take decision on pending representation, he is having no objection to the limited prayer made by counsel for petitioner. 4. On due consideration of nature of grievances raised in this writ petition, documents enclosed and also considering the representation submitted by petitioner against the order of attachment at Krishi Mahavidyalaya Avam Anusandhan Kendra, Pakhanjur District- Kanker, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition at this stage directing respondent no. 2 as also the Vice Chancellor of Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidhyalaya, Raipur, Chhattisgarh to take decision on pending representation Annexure P-03 expeditiously in accordance with law preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of order of this Court. 5. Also petitioner will be at liberty to enclose the copy of writ petition along with the copy of order to be placed before concerned authority. 6.
