IN THE HIGH COURT OF ORISSA AT CUTTACK W.P.(C) No.22884 of 2025 Baikuntha Nath Naik …. Petitioner Mrs. M. Panda, Advocate -Versus- State of Odisha and Others …. Opposite Parties Mr. S.K. Jee, AGA CORAM: JUSTICE DIXIT KRISHNA SHRIPAD Order No. 01. ORDER 18.09.2025 The short grievance of the Petitioner, as has been aired in the representation dated 18.02.2025 at Annexure-10, is as to non- fixation of pay of Trained Graduate Scale w.e.f. 14.02.2011. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the foundational facts, on which he has right to get the subject pay scale, are stated in the representation with meticulous details and despite that no decision is taken on the same nor there is any hope that application is considered in the near future. 3. Learned AGA-Mr. Jee, appearing for the OPs, very fairly submits that he would instruct to OP NO.3 to look into the grievance of the Petitioner in a time bound way and in accordance with law, if all contentions are kept open. This is appreciable. In the above circumstances, writ petition is disposed off prescribing a period of eight weeks for consideration of the subject representation and to inform result thereof to the Petitioner in writing. It is open to the answering OP No.3 to solicit any information or documents from the side of the Petitioner, as required for taking a decision on the subject representation. However, in that guise delay shall not be brooked. Now, no costs. Web copy of this order to be acted upon by all concerned.
