Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. Perused the record. 3. As seen from the record, on 26.11.2025, this Court, in Crl.P.No.11755 of 2025, vide order dated 26.11.2025, dismissed the first bail application. It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that a charge sheet has already been filed in this case. The Petitioner/Accused was arrested on 07.10.2025. He has since been in judicial custody for the past 74 days. The Petitioner is a permanent resident of Chinnayapalli Village, Sri Avadhutha Kasinayina Mandal, Y.S.R. Kadapa District. He has got fixed abode. If he is enlarged on bail with certain stringent conditions, he may not evade from the process of law. In view of the filing of the charge sheet, it takes considerable length of time for the learned Trial Court to take up the matter for 3 Dr.YLRJ Crl.RNo.12513 of 2025 Dated 20.12.2025 trial and disposal. Keeping the petitioner in judicial custody till such indefinite time would not serve any purpose. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the nature and 4. gravity of allegations levelled against the Petitioner/Accused, this Court is inclined to enlarge the Petitioner/Accused on bail. In the result, the Criminal Petition is allowed with the following stringent 5. conditions: i. The Petitioner/Accused shall be enlarged on bail subject to him executing bond for a sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only), with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Junior Civil Judge, Badvel, Y.S.R.Kadapa District. ii. The Petitioner/Accused shall appear before the learned Trial Court on each and every adjournment without fail. iii. The Petitioner/Accused shall not leave the limits of the State of Andhra Pradesh without prior permission from the learned Trial Court. iv. The Petitioner/Accused shall not commit or indulge in commission of any offence in future. V.
