2. Heard Sri Y.BALAJI, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the petitioner, anticipating that the respondent would file a complaint against him as part of a pre-planned action to evade the respondent’s case, was unable to file a complaint directly at the police station and instead sent the complaint by post. Moreover, the petitioner has booked more than 14 cases against several persons, and almost all of them were thoroughly investigated and found to be false, as no prima facie case was established.
In several instances, he has been in the habit of filing complaints and getting them registered under the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act for personal gain. 4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. __________________________________ Dr.VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA, J
