Counsel for the respective parties urged several contentions. Heard the arguments and perused the writ papers with care. 4. Counsel for the respondents submits that an appropriate order may be passed. 5. A Mandamus is ordered directing respondent No.2 to consider the application submitted by the petitioner on 04.10.2023 vide Annexure-C in accordance with the law, within six weeks from the receipt of certified copy of this order, if not already considered. 6.
