THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA WRIT PETITION NO: 5601 of 2021 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS to declare the action of the 4th respondent Sub-Inspector of Police, Jeelugumilli PS by calling us to Jeelugumilli PS and directing us to settle the matter between my elder son Subba Rao (London) and the 6th respondent Muggula @ Gude Madhavi being the criminal case in Cr.No. 38/2019 on the file of 4th respondent, DVC No.8/2019 on the file of JFCM Court Jangareddygudem, case and HMOP No.109/2019 on the file of Sr.Civil Judge, Eluru, WG District cases pending, the 4th respondent without any right any order from competent authority/ court as illegal, arbitrary to law consequently direct the 4th respondent not to interfere with civil rights, civil liberty of the petitioners and his family members in respect of the cases pending between my elder son Subba Rao (London) and 6th respondent and pass.…”
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petition may be disposed of, since the relief has become infructuous in this matter. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents is in attendance. 4. Recording the above said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. 5
