This petition has been filed for correction of date of birth in the mark sheet of 10th Class of the petitioner. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the correct date of birth has been recorded in all the testimonials of the petitioner, however, it has been recorded wrongly in the mark Digitally signed by GOPAL SINGH Date: 2025.06.07 15:42:19 +0530 2 sheet of 10th Class. Therefore, it is required to be corrected, otherwise, it will make adverse effect on the entire future of the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent/Board of Secondary Education, opposing the petition, submits that the petitioner has not filed his application in required format and has not paid requisite fees and he submits that if the petitioner files an application in required format along with requisite fees, the same will be decided in accordance with law. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner, at this juncture, submits that in an identical petition, i.e., WPC No.410 of 2023, this Court has directed the authorities to consider the case of the petitioner therein in light of various pronouncements of the Hon’ble Supreme Court. Learned counsel further submits that the case of the present petitioner may also be considered in light of WPC No.410 of 2023 which has been decided while directing the respondent/Board of Secondary Education to consider the case of the petitioner without delay. 4. Considering the aforesaid aspect of the matter, the petitioner herein is directed to make an appropriate application in required format along with requisite fees before the respondent/Board and the respondent/Board is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders without 3 entering into delay part of the application. The aspect of delay has already been settled by the Hon’ble Supreme Court and is reiterated in WPC No.410 of 2023 by this Court. The respondent/Board is directed to pass orders within 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
