However, learned counsel for the appellant Sri V.V.L.N.Purnesh, is present and submits that the appellant do not want to press these applications and prays that these applications be rejected as withdrawn or as not pressed. He submits that the appellant is no more interested to prosecute the appeal further. He submits that there is settlement out of Court between the parties. 3. Without observing with respect to any such settlement outside the Court, in view of the request made by the appellant, the I.A.Nos.1, 2, 3 & 4 of 2026 are dismissed as not pressed. 4.
