The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Ghaghra P.S. Case No. 90 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1), 238, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Sri Prateek Raj, learned J.M., 1st Class, Gumla. 3. On 08.11.2024, son of the informant namely Durga Lohra went missing. On 10.11.2024, he was found murdered. 4. During the Course of investigation, one Seema Kumari gave a statement that the petitioner and co-accused had seen the deceased talking to her. They took the deceased together for consuming liquor and thereafter, he was murdered. 5. It was submitted that Seema Kumari has also been made accused in this case and apart from her confession, there is no other material against the petitioner on the record. 6. Mr. Naveen Kr Gaunjhu, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. 7. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Prateek Raj, learned J.M., 1st Class, Gumla in connection with Ghaghra P.S.
