JUSTICE SURAJ GOVINDARAJ) 1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a. Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the respondent authorities to form pucca road/Tar road running through Sy.No. 231, 232, 233, 234, 235, 236, 237, 238, 239, 240, 241 in pursuance of scheme of government under “Namma Hola, Namma Dhari Yojane” by considering the representations, dated 18.7.2024, 16.7.2024, 2.2.2022, 3.2.2022, 27.10.21, 3.2.22, 14.10.2024, 2.2.2022 of the petitioners produced at Annexure-C to C8 in the interest of justice and equity. b. Grant any other order or relief deemed fit in the circumstances of the case. 2. A short grievance of the petitioner is that despite the State having initiated a scheme “Namma Hola Namma Dhari Yojane”, land of the petitioner still does not have access to a road, and as such a representation having been submitted at Annexure-C to C8 have not been favorably considered by the respondents. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:10721 WP No. 102518 of 2025 3. Sri. Shivaraj Hiremath., learned counsel appearing for respondents No.2 to 5 submits that the representation of the petitioner has indeed been considered, when the neighboring landowners have objected to the same, and as such the objections are now going to be forwarded to respondent No.8- Thasildar for necessary consideration within a period of two weeks from now. 4. Learned AGA submits that, if the same is received necessary orders would be passed by respondent No.8 and action taken for formation of the road. The same answers the grievances of the petitioner. 5. In that view of the matter, I pass the following; ORDER i. The writ petition is disposed of. ii. Respondent No.2 to 5 are directed to forward the objections received from neighboring landowners to respondent No.8 within a period - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:10721 WP No. 102518 of 2025 of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. iii.
