GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of respondents No 3 continuously kept in freezing the bank account No 564610110003999 on the file of 4 th respondent belonging to petitioner, even though the 2 Investigation is completed in respect of Cr.No.01/RCT- KDP/2024 dated registered under section 7 of Prevention of Corruption (Amendment) Act,2018 dated 11.03.2024 and send investigation Report to the 1 st respondent without considering the 4 th respondent letter in Ref. No CHG/BM/2025-26/005 dated 16.09.2025 being illegal, arbitrary violation of section 106 of Bharatiya Nyaya Nagrika Suraksha Sanhitha.2023 besides Article 14,19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and to allow to its original operation and pass.” 2. Heard Sri. Tata Singaiah Goud, learned counsel for the petitioner and Learned Special Public Prosecutor for ACB appearing for the respondents. 3. Learned Special Public Prosecutor for ACB brought to the notice of this Court that a very same case was filed by the petitioner earlier in W.P.No.18197 of 2025 inviting order from this Court dated 18.08.2025 wherein this Court granted liberty to the petitioner to open a fresh account for drawing his salary and further drawing and disbursing officer was directed to honour the request of the petitioner and enable him to receive his salary after his reinstatement. He would further submit that investigation is completed in this matter and charge sheet also filed. 4. Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
