It is the complaint of the petitioners that if the respondent authorities proceed with the housing scheme in the subject land it may cause disturbance to the agricultural operations in the neighboring fields. 5. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the petitioners permitted to make a fresh representation, if any, by enclosing all the necessary documents in support of their claim to the respondent Nos.2 to 5 within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. On receipt of the same, respondent Nos.2 to 5 shall consider and dispose of are 4 the said representation of the petitioners, if any, strictly in accordance with law, by hearing all the parties concerned, including the petitioners and the respondent Nos.6 to 8, and upon verification of the records and the subject land, an appropriate decision shall be taken on its own merits as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (03) months thereafter.
