The petitioner’s claim for conversion from Ev to RET in PS Mohalla Loharan, Topa Village Topa, Zone Mankote, has been examined and found devoid of merit. It is not covered under rules and is therefore rejected. Copy of the order is taken on record. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondents and considering the order produced before the Court, it is held that the directions have been implemented. Accordingly, proceedings in this contempt petition are closed. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to seek any other remedy as available under law, should he so wish in respect of this order.
