1. The present CRMP has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :-
“It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and quashed the impugned FIR No. 125/2025 for the alleged offence punishable under section Section 318(4), 296, 351(2) of BNS read with section 3(1) (Dh), 3(2) (VK) of the Prevention of Atrocity Act, registered by police of the Police Station Sarkanda, Dist. Bilaspur (C.G.) in the interest of justice.”
2. Heard on I.A. No.02/2025, application for amendment in the petition.
3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the parties would submit that the charge sheet has been filed and charges have been framed against the present petitioner by the trial Court.

Although the amendment application has been filed by the petitioner to amend the grounds, relief clause and other parts of the petition, this Court observed that the present petition is appears to inappropriate and incomplete, therefore, we are not inclined to entertain the present petition to which learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to take appropriate recourse to law and does not wish to
3 press this amendment application.
5. Accordingly, I.A. No. 02/2025 is dismissed as not pressed.

Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection.
7. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty, as prayed.
8. It is made clear that if the petitioner prefers a fresh petition challenging the charge sheet and other proceedings regarding the case, a copy of the said petition shall be served upon the counsel for the private respondent.
