When the matter was taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that case in Cr.No.63 of 2022, U/sec. 324, 323, 506 r/w 34 of IPC has been registered basing on the complaint of the Petitioner’s son. He would further submit that basing on the complaint of the 4th Respondent herein, a case in Cr.No.64 of 2022 U/Sec. 341, 324, 323, 506 r/w 34 of IPC has been registered against the Petitioner and others. 3. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate Orders. 4. Recording the above said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Police are directed to follow due process of law regarding the above said crimes.
