Patil, J.] s 1. Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith. By consent of the learned Counsel for the parties, the matter is taken up for final disposal. 2. By this petition, petitioner is restricting his prayer to direct the respondent no.1 to decide the pending proposal/application for opening of a new Ayurveda College, dated 28.06.2022. 3. It is the submission of the petitioner that petitioner- society had passed a resolution on 24.12.2020 for opening of a New Health Sciences College from the academic year 2023-24 and in accordance with the said resolution and after completing the necessary procedure, as contemplated in Government Resolution, dated 26.10.2017, a proposal is forwarded for opening a new Ayurveda College. It is further stated that petitioner-society also made payment of requisite fees and charges as contemplated under the government policy. 3 8 WP 5621.24 4. It is stated that though the proposal is pending since 28.06.2022, there is no decision taken by the respondent no.1, particularly when the petitioner-society is inclined to open a College and start the admission process in the College. 5. In view of prayer restricted by the petitioner, the respondent no.1 is hereby directed to decide the pending proposal/application, dated 28.06.2022, within a period of one month and communicate its decision to the petitioner-society immediately. 6.
