By way of the captioned petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner assails a summoning order dated 14.01.2025, passed by the Magistrate’s Court, under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, and all proceedings emanating therefrom. 2. Although notice was issued by this Court in the petition vide order dated 03.11.2025, no interim relief was granted. The proceedings before the Trial Court, thereafter continued, and the Trial Court declined to issue summons to the petitioner vide order dated 02.01.2026. However, the said order was challenged by respondent No.1 before the Sessions Court and has been set aside vide dated 06.07.2026. This is a digitally signed order.
