2. It transpires from the Writ Petition that the Waqf Board has initiated eviction proceedings for clearing of encroachment and that the learned Single Judge of this Court had issued certain Directions in W.P.No.19704 of 2022, dated 28.07.2022. In pursuance of these directions, the respondent authorities have initiated Action for clearing of encroachments and in that process the Revenue Authorities, who were assisting the Authorities relating to the Waqf Board, have requested the Electricity Department to remove the Electricity Meters as well as the other wiring, which is likely to interfere with the clearing

process as well as cause harm to the persons involved. In this view of the Matter, it appears that the Power to certain areas was dis-connected. 3. It is the contention of the present Writ Petitioners that they have submitted their explanations to the Notices received by them under Section 7 of the Andhra Pradesh Land Encroachment Act, 1905. It is their contention that the Revenue Authorities have not passed any Final Orders under Section 6 of the said Act. 4. The Issues relating to the Andhra Pradesh Land Encroachment Act, 1905 is a subject allocated to a different Roster. Since the removing the Power Connection is only a consequential Order in the eviction process, this Court is of the view that they are not entitled for the relief as prayed for. The Writ Petitioners are at liberty to approach the Appropriate Court to seek appropriate relief insofar as the removal of encroachments are concerned. In this view of the matter, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. 5. Interlocutory Applications, if any, stand closed in terms of this order. ______________________________________ GANNAMANENI RAMAKRISHNA PRASAD, J
