Bilaspur (C.G.) in Criminal Revision No. 281/2018, arising out of the order passed by learned J.M.F.C. 1st Class in Criminal Case No. 497/2014 “State of Chhattisgarh Vs Adarsh Goyal and Others” dated 01.12.2018, in the interest of justice, equity and good consciences.” 2. From the CIS report of the learned trial Court concerned which has been brought on record by the Registry of the Court regarding the disposal of RAJSHEKHAR SONI Digitally signed by RAJSHEKHAR SONI 2 Criminal Revision No. 281/2018, it appears that the said case has already been disposed of by the concerned trial Court vide order dated 01.01.2019. 3.
