Heard Sri Ganesh Shanker Srivastava, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri Satyam Singh, learned counsel for respondents. 2. I have perused the judgment passed by co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Hanoman Singh Vs. The State Cadre Authority and Ors., Service Single No.-2190 of 2014 and a judgment passed by Division Bench of this Court in The State Cadre Auth. U.P. Primary Agriculture Cooperative Credit Socities, Lko (In Wria 2190 of 2014) Vs. Hanoman Signh and Others, Special Appeal Defective No.57 of 2022 along with connected matters and that undisputedly, the petitioners are Cadre Secretary and have worked in different societies, whereas only one society is arrayed as respondent in present writ petitions, therefore, relief as sought cannot be granted. 3. In order to consider the grievance of petitioners, they may approach concerned societies and their respective claim of the payment of salary, if Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Ganesh Shanker Srivastava, Ram Dular Counsel for Respondent(s) : Abhishek Misra, C.S.C., Satyam Singh, Sujeet Kumar Rai, Udai Bhanu Singh Laldev Yadav .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 6 Others .....Respondent(s) any, will be forwarded by the said society after verification to State Cadre Authority in terms of The State Cadre Auth. U.P. Primary Agriculture Cooperative Credit Socities(supra) and then only assistance if any will be provided by the State Cadre Authority and since the said exercise has still not done by the petitioners, therefore, relief sought in these writ petitions cannot be allowed, however, petitioners have liberty to take steps in terms of The State Cadre Auth. U.P. Primary Agriculture Cooperative Credit Socities (supra) so that State Cadre Authority may take a decision in accordance with law, taking note of The State Cadre Auth. U.P. Primary Agriculture Cooperative Credit Socities (supra) as well as of a recent G.O. dated 10.06.2024. 4. In case the petitioners under take their obligation within short period, the concerned society will be liberty to approach the State Cadre Authority within short period thereafter and finally the State Cadre Authority will decide the claim of petitioner to provide assistance in terms of The State Cadre Auth. U.P. Primary Agriculture Cooperative Credit Socities (supra), expeditiously. 5. These writ petitions are accordingly, disposed of. September 11, 2025 P.
