When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents produced the written instructions received from the third respondent. On going through the same, it is seen that the third respondent is insisting for the petitioner to submit an online application along with relevant particulars by paying necessary charges. Once the same is done, the application will be processed and the name change will be effected. 3.
