Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner has filed the present writ petition declaring the action of the respondents in blocking the supplies of MS&HSD to the petitioner firm.
Learned counsel further submits that the respondents have issued termination orders, dated 29.12.2014, which are questioned in W.P.No.41318 of 2014. Hence, the cause in the present writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
Recording the submission of learned counsel appearing for the respondents, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
