The Chief Law Officer of NWKRTC, the respondent-workman and advocate for the petitioner and respondent are present. 2. After prolonged negotiation, the matter is settled and the advocates appearing for both the parties have filed a joint memo of settlement with following terms: “3. The Petitioner/Corporation has agreed to take the Respondent into service as a fresh as a trainee from the date of reporting, training will be for 1 year. 4. The Respondent to be placed on probation for a period of 2 years on completion of 1 year of training. 5. The Petitioner/Corporation agreed to take the Respondent into service as fresh as a trainee within four months from the date of receipt of this order. 6. The period of service rendered by the employee/trainee prior to the order of removal would not be considered for any purpose.” 3. In view of the joint memo of settlement, Writ Petition is disposed off.
