When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that claim/ grievance of the petitioner was redressed by the respondents by paying the total amount as claimed by the petitioner. Hence, no cause survives and no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition. 3. On the other hand, learned Government Pleader furnished written instructions dated 15.09.2025 issued by respondent No.4, wherein, it is stated that as claimed by the petitioner, the total amount claimed by the petitioner is paid to the petitioner on 30.08.2025. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary. 4. Considering the submissions made by both the learned counsel and in view of the written instructions dated 15.09.2025, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
