GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... to issue an order, writ or direction more particularly in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 5th respondent in not taking action on my complaints dated 09.10.2024 and 22.10.2024 on the illegal activities and highhanded actions of the 10th respondent in my patta land in Sy.No.171/1 to an extent of Ac 0.72 cents, Sy.No. 172/2J to an extent of Ac.2.40 Cents and 174/5 A to an extent of Ac 0.60 Cents totaling Ac 3.72 cents of Mogilimitturu Gram Panchayath, 165, Mogili Village Accounts, Bangarupalem Sub-Division and Mandal, Chittoor District by the way of removing barbed wire fencing and breaking stones even after showing the field maps provided by the 8th and 9th respondents is as illegal, arbitrary, violation of Articles 14 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and violation of principles of Natural Justice and subsequently direct the respondent No.5 to register the complaints dated 09.10.2024 and 22.10.2024 and take action on the lOth respondent and his family members and protect my property in Sy.No.171/1 to an extent of Ac 0.72 cents, Sy.No. 172/2J to an extent of Ac.2.40 Cents and 174/5A to an extent of Ac 0.60 Cents totaling Ac 3.72 cents of Mogilimitturu Gram Panchayath, 165-Mogili Village Accounts, Bangarupalem Sub-Division and Mandal, Chittoor District and follow due process of law in the interest of equity, justice.” 2. However, the petitioner is at liberty to represent his complaint to the police. On receipt of such representation, the police are directed to take necessary steps in accordance with law.
