Perusal of the present writ petition shows that it is the case of the petitioner that the land in question has been encroached by Smt. Puni Devi, who is in occupation of the land. 3. While issuing notice in the present writ petition on 14th October, 2025, the respondent no.2/ DDA was directed to inspect the area in question. 4. Smt. Puni Devi was impleaded as the respondent no. 4 in the present petition and notice was issued to her. This is a digitally signed order.
