This Petition has been filed by the Petitioner/wife under Section 24 CPC seeking transfer of Civil Suit No.A/1150/2024 from the Family Court, Durg, to the Family Court, Bemetara. 3. Summarized facts of the case are that the parties were wedded on 25.04.2016 as per Hindu rites and customs with two children.
