The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are aggrieved by the inaction on the part of respondent Nos.1 to 6 in not preventing the illegal layout formation and unauthorized sales in the petitioners’ land forming part and parcel of Sy. Nos.131/1, 131/2, 132/1, 133/2, 133/1, and 150/2 of Kanaparthipadu Village, Nellore Rural Mandal, SPSR Nellore District. In this regard, the petitioners submitted a representation dated 21.12.2025, requesting the respondent authorities to conduct a detailed survey, demarcate the boundaries of the petitioners, and fix the boundary stones.
The petitioners also sought the cancellation of the illegal and unapproved layout formed by the 9th respondent. 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri A.S.C. Bose, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 4th respondent, submits that the petitioners would have to submit an online application for conducting the survey and also submit the relevant title documents for reference to fix the boundaries of the petitioners. It is also submitted that the petitioners would have to pay the requisite fee applicable for conducting the survey. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that he shall submit an online application as per the procedure and requests a direction for conducting the survey. 4. Considering the submissions, this writ petition is disposed of, leaving it open for the petitioners to submit a fresh online application as per the

procedure and seek the conduct of the survey and demarcation of the boundaries along with the relevant documents to the 4th respondent within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and pay the requisite fee. The petitioners would also have to submit copies of the title documents of the property for the reference of the authority conducting the survey and for demarcating the boundaries, and the 4th respondent shall complete the survey within a period of six (06) weeks thereafter. Needless to mention, the concerned authorities shall issue notices to all parties before conducting the survey. There shall be no order as to costs. 5.
