The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking transfer of petition under Section 125 of Cr.P.C filed by the respondent-Mohd. Anas, which is pending before the Court of learned Principal Judge, (Family Court), Srinagar. 02. The ground taken up by the respondent is that he is neglected by his father- petitioner herein and being minor, he is not in a position to maintain himself, having no source of income, as such, his father is required to provide maintenance to him. 03. Ms. Supriya Chouhan, learned counsel for the respondent submits that the petition which is sought to be transferred by the petitioner has since been decided by the trial Court vide order dated on 21st October, 2023. 04. Her statement is taken on record. 05. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the instant petition is accordingly dismissed.
