The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Spt. S.T. Case No. 06/2010 arising out of Raidih P.S. Case No. 53/2003 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 683/2003, for the offences registered under Sections 302, 120(B) of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the CLA Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Gumla. 3. On 22.10.2023, at about 03:00 p.m., co-accused Mangal Nagesia and Sarju Gope are alleged to have shot the brother of the informant namely Vijay Singh, due to which, he succumbed to his injuries. 4. It was submitted that there is no specific allegation of firing against the petitioner. It was further submitted that the only allegation against the petitioner is that he was present at the place of occurrence. 5. Mr. Someshwar Roy, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail, but admitted that there is no allegation of firing against the petitioner. However, it was submitted that the petitioner was absconding. 6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Gumla in connection with Spt. S.T. Case No. 06/2010 arising out of Raidih P.S. Case No. 53/2003 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 683/2003. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Nandini/- Uploaded
