Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner prays for a direction upon the Station Manager, Sagardighi Customer Care being the respondent no.4 in the instant application to install permanent poles and other essential apparatus in respect of the petitioner’s permanent electricity connection being Consumer ID No. 302120557, Meter No. GX067881 in respect of the petitioner’s submersible pumps, on the basis of the representation made by the petitioner on 21st December, 2024. Mr. Srijan Nayak, learned counsel appearing for the WBSEDCL, concurs with the prayer of the petitioner and submits that the prayer of the petitioner shall be carried out by WBSEDCL within three months from date of this order. Heard learned counsels for the parties.
