GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the in action of the Respondent No. 5 did not register the complaint against respondent No. 4 as he physically assaulted the petitioner and his minor son at the time of incident on 18-05- 2021 namely Pavan and the petitioner approached the Human Rights 2 Commission and which was numbered as H.R.C.No. 347/2021 and a complaint before District Legal Service authority was filed and which was numbered as P.L.C.No. 63/2021 on two petitons pending before the two authorities the petitioner unable to file private complaint against the respondent No. 4 and 5 before the Jurisdictional court in time. The petitioner prays that The Hon'ble court may be pleased to direct respondent No. 3 to direct respondent No.5 to register a complaint against respondent No. 4.” 2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that the Police have not registered any crime based on the representation of the Petitioner, but the issue was referred to Pre Litigation Counseling Forum as it is a family dispute. 3. Sri G.N.V.Pulla Rao, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. Considering the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
