ORDER:
This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, has been filed, by the Petitioner for the following relief:
“...to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondents in not registering the Crime on my complaint dated 19.07.2021 on the file of 2nd respondent as being illegal, irregular and amounts to non-discharge of legal obligation conferred on the respondents under the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and offends Articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the 4th respondent to register the crime and prosecute the accused persons for appropriate offences and penal provisions of law and to pass ...”
Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home representing for respondent State. Perused the material on record.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader placed on record, the written instructions and would submit that the parties came to the Police Station and represented that at the intervention of the elders, the dispute between the parties is resolved and for the said reason, no case is registered by the respondent Police and requested to dispose of the Writ Petition by passing appropriate orders.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that recording the said submission, this Writ Petition may be disposed of.
In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
