Rule was issued on August 7, 2012 for violation of order dated December 22, 2010 passed in F.M.A. 1158 of 2010. No steps had been taken on behalf of either of the parties in the proceeding for a long time. The last order was passed in the proceeding was on March 1, 2013 allowing substitution of the names of the alleged contemnors by the new incumbents. Today also there is no representation on behalf of either of the parties. In such circumstances Rule stands discharged. Connected applications, if any, stand dismissed for default.
