This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents No. 2 and 3 in not registering the Crime basing on the Complaint dated 03-12-2023 lodged by the petitioner and not conducting the investigation IS illegal, arbitrary and contrary to section 154 of the Criminal Procedure Code and consequently direct the Respondents No.2 and 3 to Register the Crime basing on the complaint dated 03.12.2023 lodged by the petitioner and to conduct the investigation.”

2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, based on the complaint given by the Petitioner, a case in Crime No.703 of 2023 on the file of Kurnool III Town Police Station, for the offences under Sections 447, 417 and 379 IPC has been registered.
3. Sri K.C.Venkat Reddy, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
