The relevant portion of which reads as follows: “As already the petitioner made a detailed representation, the 5th respondent is directed to take appropriate action on the said representation in accordance with law after giving due opportunity to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.” At the time of considering the matter, the learned counsel representing the respondent submits that the representation of the petitioner was considered and the same was rejected vide Proceedings dated 30.06.2021. The relevant portion of which reads as follows: “As per para 5 (b) of proceedings of the Joint Collector, Ongole issued in D.Dis.E2/3177/2010 dated 25.06.2019 in respect of cases covered by Annexure- II, for which the Suo-moto revision is disallowed. The RDO, Kandukur shall conduct diligent enquiry and submit detailed report to the Joint Collector, in respect of each individual with specific grounds and evidence, for taking up the case for Suo-moto revision u/s of the A.P.Rights in Land and PPPBs Act, 1971. But the enquiry is not yet completed. In view of the above, it is not possible to remove orange colour to the landed property measuring an extent of Ac.18.00 cents in Sy.No.50 of Immadicheruvu Village, Veligandla Mandal. Hence the petition is hereby rejected.” In view of the above stated position, the Contempt Case does not survive for adjudication and the same is Closed. Needless to observe that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the said proceedings, it is open to her to avail 3 the remedies in accordance with Law. No costs.
