ORDER:
The present writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“…to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the inaction of the Respondents 4 and 5 in disposal of the Petitioner’s F-Line Application dt.10.03.2025, vide Application No.FSNV012500672916 in respect of her absolute property for an extent of Ac.1-50 cents situated in Survey No.293/B of Peddapalem Village, Mulakalacheruvu Mandal, Annamayya (Chittoor) District, as illegal, arbitrary, unjust, violation of fundamental rights guaranteed under Article 19, 21 and more particularly property right guaranteed under Article 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents 4 and 5 to dispose of the Petitioner’s F-Line Application dt 10.03.2025, vide Application No.FSNV012500672916 by directing to conduct survey and fix the 4 (four) boundaries of her absolute property for an extent of Ac.1-50 cents situated in Survey No.293/B of Peddapalem Village, Mulakalacheruvu Mandal, Annamayya (Chittoor) District and pass…” (in verbatim)
2. The above writ petition is field for non consideration of the petitioner’s F- Line Application dated 10.03.2025 by the authorities. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the petitioner’s F-Line application, a notice was issued to the petitioner and the other joint pattadars, duly informing them to be present in their respective fields for the purpose of conducting survey of the

petitioner’s land. However, the petitioner refused to receive the notice for attending the survey. It is further submitted that based on the petitions filed by the adjacent landowners, a civil dispute is pending between the parties on the file of the learned Junior Civil Judge, Thamballapalle. In view of the above circumstances, the respondents considered the matter and issued an endorsement dated 28.03.2025. 4. In view of the above submissions, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the endorsement dated 28.03.2025 by way of an appeal before the appropriate authority. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
