1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is assailing the order dated 23-9-2025 by which the services of the petitioner on the post of Assistant Grade -II cum Accountant have been attached from the office of Chief Executive Officer, Janpat Panchayat Manendragarh, District MCB (CG) to the Office of Collector MCB by the respondent No.4.. He would further submit that by virtue of the attachment order, the petitioner has been ex parte relieved to the office of Collector, District MCB, by respondent No.5.
2. He would further submit that the petitioner has already submitted representation in this regard before the respondent authorities on 24- 9-2025 which is still undecided, therefore, the instant writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the respondent authority to consider and decide his representation, in accordance with law within the stipulated period.
3. Accordingly, the instant writ petition (s) is disposed of with a direction to the respondent authorities that the respondent authorities shall consider and decide the representation of the petitioner which has been submitted on 24-9-2025, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. Pending interlocutory applications, if any, also stand disposed of. Sd/-
