2 Respondents not releasing the payment of balance amount as Rs.5,90,108/- vide M Book No. 174/B/TW, even after finalizing the bills, payable to the petitioner in relation to the works i.e.. Additional requirement of Sandy Shed at Pedabayalu (V and M), vide Proceeding of Order No. E-316848 - Rc. No. 193/2022/A3/ TW- Sandy Shed./ Dt. 09.06.2022 is questioned, as the same is illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to pay the balance amount as Rs.5,90,108/- vide M Book No. 174/B/TW with interest @24 percentage per annum for the delayed amount to the petitioner in respect of execution of above-mentioned work forthwith. 3 The Court made the following ORDER: The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking the following relief.
“…….to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ or direction declaring the action of the respondents in not releasing the balance amount of Rs.5,90,108/-, vide M.Book No.174/B/TW, even after finalizing the bills, payable to the petitioner in relation to the works i.e. additional requirement of Sandy Shed at Pedabayalu (V and M), vide order No.E-316848 - Rc.No.193 / 2022 / A3 / TW-Sandy Shed, dated 09.06.2022, as illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to pay the balance amount of Rs.5,90,108/-, vide M.Book No.174/B/TW, with interest @ 24% per annum for the delayed amount to the petitioner in respect of execution of above- mentioned work forthwith.”

Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Ms. Sumalatha, learned counsel representing Sri Bathala Ramesh, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that, subsequent to filing of the present Writ Petition, the respondents have released the entire bills amount to the petitioner and, in view of the same, no further orders are necessary to be passed in the present Writ Petition. 3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
