This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondent No.2 to 7 not to interfere in the peacefull possession of Petitioner from Arazi No. 239, 268 situated at Village- Village Mundera Chand, Tappa-Bhatni, Pargana-Shahjahanpur, Tehsil and District Deoria, till the disposal of Appeal/Case No. 211 of 2025 (Computerized Case No. C202505000000211 of 2025 (Awadhesh Kumar Chand and others vs. Sant Kumar Chand and Others). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to permit the petitioner to harvest the wheat crop" 3. In the prayer, petitioner has made allegation against the Commissioner Gorakhpur, Division Gorakhpur, District Magistrate, Deoria, Sub Divisional Magistrate, Deoria, Station House Officer, Police Station - Maduadih, Deoria and other authorities that they are interfering with the possession of petitioner over the land in dispute. There is not a whisper in the entire writ petition that as to how the alleged authorities are disturbing the possession of petitioner. 4. The writ petition is wholly misconceived and is accordingly dismissed.
