Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the record. 2. This petition has been filed for following relief: "I. Issue a, order or direction by directing the Learned Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), District Jaunpur to decide the Case No. 150 of 1991 (Lalmani Vs. Kanishk Kumar and others), within stipulated period; II. Issue any other suitable order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the instant case." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the Case No. 150 of 1991 (Lalmani Vs. Kanishk Kumar and others) is pending since 1991. He prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), District Jaunpur to consider and decide the aforesaid case, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after ensuring service upon all the concerned parties and after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned as well as opportunity to lead evidence in support of their case and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties provided that there is no other legal impediment.
