...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ or Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents particularly the 4th Respondent trying to Interfere into the Petitioners personal Liberty in connection with the F.I.R.No.158/2025 dt.08-08-2025 on the sole ground that it is mentioned in the F.I.R., under the head of Details of known/suspected/unknown accused with full particulars Accused No.3 Family Members of TallamShanmukha Anantha Sai (A-1) in connection with the Civil Dispute relates to Sale of Property to the Un-Official Respondent No.5 by the Accused no.1 who is the Son of 1st and 2nd petitioners and the brother of 3rd Petitioner all are Illegal, Unlawful, Violation of Article 14,19,21 of the Constitution of India, Violation of Guidelines of Supreme Court of India in Arnesh Kumar's Case, Consequently to direct the Respondents not to interfere into the petitioner's personal liberty as well as not to harass the petitioners in connection with the F.I.R.No. 158/2025 including by taking any Coercive Steps except by strictly following the Guidelines of Arnesh Kumar's case and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents particularly the 4th Respondent not to Call for or harass the Petitioners in connection with the F.I.R.NO. 158/2025 dt.08-08- 2025 Thulium Police Station without finalization of the Investigation except by Strictly following the Guidelines of Arnesh Kumar's Case without taking any Coercive Steps pending disposal Of the main Writ Petition and pass Counsel for the Petitioner(S):

ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:

Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that during the course of investigation in Cr.No.158 of 2025, the names of the petitioners herein and A-2 are deleted, since no prima facie case has been made out against them. He would further submit that the petitioners herein are the family members of A-1 in the aforesaid case.

4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no
order as to costs.
