WRIT PETITION NO: 16977 of 2021 The Court made the following Order: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or orders declaring the action of the official respondents in interfering in civil disputes and insisting the petitioners to settle the matter with the respondent no. 4 according to their terms and conditions, further threatening the petitioners with dire consequences of implicating in false cases, without following the due process, as illegal, arbitrary, unjustified and also in violation of the principles of natural justice and in violation of Article 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and for a consequential relief of a specific direction to the official respondents not to interfere in civil disputes between the petitioners and the unofficial respondent i.e., 4th respondent.”

Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, would submit that they have not registered any crime since the disputes between the parties are purely civil in nature. 4. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to work out his
