The petitioner seeks following relief:- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent nos.2 and 3 to ensure the payment of salary for the suspension period since 21.04.2017 to 31.08.2017, including increment to the petitioner. " 2. Learned standing Counsel has placed the instruction before this Court which is taken on record. 3. Heard learned counsel for for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for the State and perused the record. 4. As per instructions, learned standing counsel submits that payment of salary for the suspension period has already been made, therefore, nothing remained to be decided in this matter. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the instructions and submission of learned standing counsel, this writ petition may be disposed of. 6.
