A report was called for regarding the present status of the application for the certified copy of the judgment. It is reported that the certified copy application is already filed to get the order in I.A. No.2 of 2024, and the same was also issued. 3. Ext.P6 is a copy application filed by the appellant to get the certified copy of the judgment and decree in A.S.No.12 of 2024. The same was returned, stating that A.S.No.12 of 2024, is not decreed. The Court below was directed to verify as to whether any order is passed in the appeal after Ext.P5 order is passed.
